All Laundry Items are accepted at the customers own risks. Customers must declare special items ( Delicates, branded, Heavily soiled or stained. We reserve the right to refuse items that may damage the machines or pose health risks ( Oil, paint soaked items, Chemical contaminated Items )
We are not liable for normal wear & tear, color fading, Shrinkage or fabric damage due to garment quality. Damage cause by hidden defects ( weak seams, old fabric, embellishments) Customers are advised to check care labels, If unsure, hand-wash or dry-clean items should not be machine washed.
Whites & colored clothes are washed separately, but color bleeding may still occur due to fabric quality. we offer machine wash only, No guarantee on complete stain removal.
Any claim for lost or damage items must be reported within 24 hours. No claims will be accepted after the claim period.
Customers must check pockets before washing. We are not responsible for Money, jewelry, gadgets left in the pockets. damage caused by items left inside garments.
